In accordance with GDPR, we act as the Data Controller for the Personal Data we collect. Below we detail the Personal Data we collect and how and for which purposes we process and use your Personal Data:.

  • Online Identifiers & Service Usage Information
    When you interact with our Products , we may collect your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or MAC address. Additionally, we will gather technical details sent from your device, including device type, operating system, statistical data, browser version, language settings, access timestamps, approximate location and the referring URL.
    We follow industry-standard practices to anonymize IP addresses after a certain period following their collection, ensuring they are stored in a way that does not classify them as Personal Data.
    The collection of your IP address is essential for delivering the services related to the Products. As such, we may use this information to manage and protect our Products. Additionally, we will utilize this data for legitimate purposes such as auditing and monitoring installations, detecting security issues and fraudulent activities, and managing business operations (e.g., evaluating partnerships).
  • Contact Details
    If you contact us voluntarily via any available communication channels (such as email), you will be required to provide your contact details, including your name and email address. We also retain records of our correspondence with you.
    We will use this contact details to address your inquiries, provide assistance, or fulfill any requested services. Where appropriate, we may keep a record of our communication for future reference, such as for resolving claims, providing support, and enhancing our services.
  • User Activity Data
    When you interact with our Products, we may collect data related to search activities, including URLs of websites visited. This data is used to detect security risks, prevent fraud, and enable certain features, such as displaying relevant advertisements based on user searches.

In accordance with the GDPR, the legal grounds for processing your Personal Data are as follows: (i) we process certain Personal Data when you interact with the Products, as we have a legitimate interest in doing so; and (ii) if you contact us, we will process your Contact Details and any other information you provide to fulfill our contractual obligations with you.
